  • Gifts in Kind

    Gifts-in-kind are gifts of property that are voluntarily transferred by a donor to ACBA without compensation. These gifts may include equipment, materials, etc. ACBA will gratefully acknowledges receipt of all gifts-in-kind in writing for the donor. The donor, working with his or her tax preparer, can assigning value for tax deductibility. For gifts valued at more than $5,000, an IRS Form 8283 should also be completed by the donor.
